Your Visa Has Been Approved!

Congratulations 🎉 Your visa is now stamped in your passport. Here’s everything you need to know before your trip.

Federal Police Appointment

When you arrive in Brazil, you must attend an appointment with the Federal Police to request your National Migrant Registration Card (CRNM), which is your official Brazilian immigrant ID. We schedule your appointment at the Federal Police and a member of our team will accompany you there.

Documents

You must bring to the Appointment the following documents:

  • Passport with the visa issued.
  • Visa application form provided by the Consulate.
  • Proof of entry into Brazil (immigration stamp or boarding pass).

⚠️ Please remember: originals are required on the day of your appointment.

Please send us

To prepare your case and secure your appointment at the Federal Police, please send us:

  • A photo of your passport ID page
  • A photo of the visa stamped on your passport.
  • A photo of the visa application form (the form you receive at the consulate).
  • Photo of your entry date in Brazil stamped on your passport

We’ll handle the rest!

With this information, our team will assemble your application and book your appointment. You simply need to attend in person at the scheduled date.
